So Just Shop will enable consumers and retailers to buy directly from the artisans, knowing their payment goes directly to the individual producer. To support this, a raw materials marketplace, where artisans can buy materials, and a designer marketplace, where designers can commission work from our artisans, further drives the economic use of the platform. This is possible by using smartphone technology to upload product pictures and descriptions and take payments through the So Just Shop smartphone app, even if they lack access to a computer or bank account, making the service open to all.
