Summary

We reduce inequality and deprivation, working with individuals and families in London’s poorest neighbourhoods. We know that economic participation and opportunity are essential to improving life chances and lifting communities in need. We co- create learning, employment and enterprise outcomes that help people to fulfil their potential and reduce inequalities. We also co-design and participate in neighbourhood renewal and regeneration initiatives that improve economic well-being and resilience.

Social Impact

We target those that will benefit most from our services: Young people with no educational or employment destination and adults who are unemployed, under-employed or struggling with persistent low-pay. Our cohorts include families in temporary accommodation and social housing that are affected by welfare reform and need to increase their income level. More than 6,000 people accessed our services last year, demand has never been higher.
