It actively supports the growth of the social enterprising and impact finance sector in order to foster inclusive economic and social development.
Summary
Uberis Transition Capital Advisor is a not-for-profit organization launched by Uberis Capital to support outstanding social entrepreneurs. It aims to help these entrepreneurs gain access to capital from private investors, preparing them to become "investment-ready" whilst multiplying their social impacts.
Uberis Transition Capital Advisors provides a mix of financing and technical assistance to make sure that financial resources are accompanied by the right degree of business mentoring. Our primary objective is to transition high potential social impact businesses to make them fully competitive and investment ready. This process is what we call "Transition Capital", which seeks to accelerate the growth of these enterprises in order to produce a wider social impact.
